Buffy’s Michelle Trachtenberg cast in new ABC comedy pilot

Wednesday, March 14th, 2007 on SpoilerBuzz.com

Buffy the Vampire Slayer fans will be pleased to hear that Michelle Trachtenberg has signed with ABC to star in a new pilot, which is billed as a comedy.

Trachtenberg will star opposite Eric Christian Olsen (”The Loop”) in the D.C. comedy. She’ll be playing the daughter of a lawmaker who falls in love with Olsen’s character, who just happens to work for her dad’s nemesis across the aisle.

Fans will remember Trachtenberg as playing Buffy’s sister Dawn for three seasons.

Former Buffy the Vampire Slayer actress Kali Rocha also just signed onto a new pilot.

I was kind of hoping that Dr. Sydney Heron would be sticking around Seattle Grace into next season, but the actress who portrays her, Kali Rocha, has signed onto a new ABC pilot titled The Call. And ironically, this comedy series is about a team of Los Angeles paramedica, so not too far off her Grey’s Anatomy character.

Also signed onto the new pilot is Kal Penn, star of Harold & Kumar.

Bonnie Somerville in ABC deal to join or pilot a series

Monday, October 9th, 2006 on SpoilerBuzz.com

Bonnie Somerville has signed on with ABC to either star in a pilot or to join a currently-running series on the network.

She co-starred on the final season of the network’s groundbreaking cop drama “NYPD Blue,” and most recently appeared on Fox’s “Kitchen Confidential.” She previously had recurring roles as Mona on “Friends” and as Rachel on “The O.C.” She next will be seen in the A&E original movie “Wedding Wars” opposite John Stamos.

Somerville is a member of celebrity rock group Band From TV alongside Hugh Laurie (”House”), Greg Grunberg (”Heroes”) and James Denton (”Desperate Housewives”).

Would anyone else love to see her as a Lostie?

Complete HansoExposed video reveals elusive meaning behind Lost numbers

Tuesday, October 3rd, 2006 on SpoilerBuzz.com

HansoExposed.com was a game of sorts about the Hanso Foundation.  First, the story on the foundation:

Hansoexposed.com was announced on July 22nd by Rachel Blake at Comic-Con in San Diego as part of The Lost Experience (click here for the video of her appearence). It is a video decoding site, allowing codes scattered throughout the web, and off-line, to be entered & provide access to Rachel’s video of Sri Lanka, which she claims will take down The Hanso Foundation. It signals a third stage of the game, following the hacks of thehansofoundation.org and Rachel’s video blog.

Codes were on websites, and even on ads in magazines.  And once all 70 codes were found, this is the video that results.  It even includes what those Lost numbers represent, something that has yet to be revealed in the series, as well as what DHARMA stands for.

Am I the only one that finds these videos on the creepy side?
